Submit an original article on an aspect of natural medicine you are passionate about. Topics may include health and lifestyle strategies, preventative approaches, clinical insights, or practical tips to support general wellbeing.

Please note blogs, recipes and photographs must be original and have been created / taken by yourself. They cannot be copied from another source. We advise blogs to be between 500 – 1000 words.

Share an original, health-focused recipe that reflects natural living principles. Submissions may include breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, desserts, or smoothies.

Recipes should be practical, nutritious, and suitable for a general audience.

  • A short bio (100–200 words) outlining your background and practice
