ARHG is requesting providers to upload their Medibank provider number to the ARHG Portal to improve the accuracy of electronic health fund claiming.

Recording your Medibank provider number allows health funds to correctly link your ARHG provider number with your electronic provider number used for HICAPS and HealthPoint transactions. This helps reduce claiming issues and supports a smoother experience for both providers and their clients.

What you need to do

If you are an ARHG provider, please:

  • Visit the ARHG Medibank Provider Number Page.
  • Enter your Medibank provider number.
  • Complete a separate submission for each ARHG provider number if you hold multiple provider numbers (for example, across different modalities).
