ATMS is sharing the following opportunity on behalf of the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia.

The Board is currently seeking applications from experienced registered Chinese medicine practitioners and community members for committee vacancies. These positions provide an opportunity to contribute to the Board’s work and support the regulation and ongoing development of the Chinese medicine profession in Australia.

Applications are sought from experienced registered Chinese Medicine practitioners and members of the community for appointment to the following committees of the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia (the Board):

Policy Planning and Communications Committee (PPCC)

  • one registered Chinese medicine practitioner member vacancy

Registration and Notifications Committee (RNC)

  • one community member vacancy
  • one registered Chinese medicine practitioner member vacancy

Purpose of the Committees

Policy Planning and Communications Committee (PPCC)
The PPCC is an advisory committee that supports the Board’s strategic planning, policy development and communications by identifying and providing advice on emerging issues, fostering stakeholder engagement, promoting the Board’s role and activities, and facilitating effective information sharing. The PPCC does not have delegated decision-making authority.

Registration and Notifications Committee (RNC)
The RNC considers applications for registration and assesses notifications and compliance matters relating to Chinese medicine practitioners.
