HealthPoint Claiming Now Available for HCF Member

We are pleased to advise that HCF has enabled HealthPoint claiming for providers of Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Myotherapy, and Remedial Massage.

HealthPoint has already begun sending provider details to HCF, and they have been linking these providers within their system.

Similar to HICAPS, if providers experience any issues submitting claims for HCF members through their HealthPoint terminal, please continue to contact us for assistance at healthfunds@atms.com.au.

We kindly ask members using HealthPoint to ensure their association details, including their association name and membership number, are up to date with HealthPoint. This will help ensure providers are matched and linked smoothly when we receive their details, allowing them to commence claiming for HCF members without delay.
