Berry Chia Glow Smoothie

 

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp almond butte
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method

Pour the almond milk into a blender, then add the frozen berries, banana, chia seeds, Greek yoghurt, almond butter and cinnamon. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a small extra splash of milk. If you would like a thicker texture, let it sit for 5 minutes before serving so the chia seeds can absorb some of the liquid. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
