Matcha-Longevity-Smoothie

 

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup macadamia or almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ¼ avocado
  • ¼ banana
  • Handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Manuka or raw honey

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy.
