HCF Provider Number Changes

HCF is implementing a new system of individual provider numbers starting from 21 August 2025, which will replace the old provider number (previously your ATMS Membership Number).

You can find your new individual provider number through the ATMS Member Portal. These numbers are now issued per clinic location, regardless of the modalities you are registered for.

Example:
If you are registered with ATMS for three modalities Acupuncture (ACU), Remedial Massage (RM), and Chinese Herbal Medicine (CHM) and you use the same clinic address for all three, your provider number will remain the same across all modalities for that clinic.
