Berry, Watermelon, Walnut Parfait

Berry-Watermelon-Walnut-Parfait

 

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)
  • ½ cup watermelon, cubed
  • 2-4 tbsp walnuts, crushed
  • ½-1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and cinnamon.
  2. In a glass, layer yogurt, fruit, and nuts, then repeat.
  3. Drizzle with raw honey, sprinkle with hemp seeds, and enjoy.
