Session 1: Legal 101 for your Business
During this talk, Chantel will discuss the main legal documents you need in your business to comply with the law and reduce your legal risk.
Learn how to:
- Implement a Refund Policy – including the need for Terms of Sale, and what should be covered
- Give Informed Consent – when to obtain it and what needs to be included
- Implement Agreements for working with others – this might include contractors, employees, affiliates and more
About Chantel Ryan
Chantel is a Director of ATMS, and an Australian lawyer with over 15 years’ experience. She is also a qualified Naturopath and Health Coach.
When she graduated from Naturopathy in 2018 and started her own clinic, she spoke to lots of health practitioners who had no idea what legal documents they should have in place.
Realising she was in a unique position to help, she created Legally Healthy – which provides affordable legal templates, free resources and custom legal services, specifically for health practitioners.
Session 2: Virtual Assistance for Your Clinic
Are you overwhelmed and wanting clinic tasks off your plate but don’t know how to get assistance? Have you heard of a ‘Virtual Assistant’ (VA)? Geraldine will share the good, the bad and the difficult, when it comes to outsourcing to a VA for your business.
VAs offer a wide range of skills and expertise, enabling them to handle various administrative, creative, and technical tasks remotely. By delegating these responsibilities to a VA, individuals and businesses can focus on core objectives, improve work-life balance, and simplify operations.
- Budget costs and savings using a VA
- How to engage the right VA for you
- Scale and grow your clinic using a VA
- Utilising the special skill sets your VA might have
With their flexible and tailored support, VAs have emerged as indispensable assets, enabling individuals and businesses to thrive in a rapidly evolving business and digital landscape.
