Christine Pope is a Director and Treasurer of the ATMS. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Health Science and Advanced Diplomas in Homeopathy & Nutrition. Christine practices as a Naturopath and Nutritionist in her multi-modality clinic, and taught at Nature Care College for nearly a decade. Prior to her career in natural medicine, Christine spent 20 years in Investment Banking and Venture Capital specialising in risk management and analysis of business. Her focus at ATMS is on representing the interests of natural medicine to parliamentarians & the public. Christine is also responsible for Natural Medicine Week – a successful ATMS, annual initiative that connects the Australian public with accredited practitioners to complement their health and wellbeing naturally.
Chantel Ryan is a business lawyer with 15 years+ experience, having worked as a business lawyer for over 15 years after graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (Hon). Chantel has worked at several top tier law firms, and worked as General Counsel of a national media company for over 5 years. She left the corporate world to become a health coach and Naturopath, holding qualifications from the Institute for Integrative Medicine in NYC, as well as an Advanced Diploma (naturopathy). While studying Chantel designed & delivered wellness programs for corporate clients, and continues today with her own legal consulting firm, alongside her naturopathic clinical practice & work as a director on the board of the ATMS.
Kathleen Daniel is a qualified Naturopath, Homeopath, Herbalist & Nutritionist. She holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Naturopathy) & Lead Auditor qualifications and Cert IV in Training & Assessment. Kathleen has spent the last 24 years in the fields of Education & Natural Medicine, 13 years with an RTO as an administrator & 11 years with Endeavour College as CEO. At Endeavour she founded Articulation Abicus – an online application system for credit assessment for the college. Kathleen is also serves as an independent ATMS Director, sitting on the Academic Review & Research Committees.
Peter Berryman is a qualified Naturopath, Homeopath, Medical Scientist & educator who has spent 30 years+ in clinical practice. Peter is also Director (2007-) and President (2017 -) of the ATMS, with the special role of representing the ATMS on the Chinese Medical Board of NSW, the Australia Council of Chinese Medicine & the Chinese Medical Board of Australia. He holds a Master of Science (homeopathy), a Bachelor of Medical Science, a Bachelor of Science, a post-graduate diploma in Health Sciences, an Advanced Diploma (Homeopathy), a Diploma (Naturopathy) & a post-graduate Diploma (Education), & is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Rebecca Lang is a Naturopath, Nutritionist & Western Herbalist with over 13 years in clinical practice, with additional qualifications in Workplace Training & Assessment. She holds a Bachelor of Alternative & Complementary Medicine and Medical Systems, and a Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine). Rebecca has extensive experience in the fields of marketing, taxation, finance, book-keeping and marketing, and runs a successful internship program for complimentary medicine graduates. She also currently sits as a director on the board of the ATMS.
Dr Brad McEwen PhD is a Nutrition Scientist, Naturopath, Herbalist, Educator, Researcher, and mentor, with over 23 years of clinical experience. Brad has a PhD from University of Sydney, Master of Health Science (Human Nutrition), a Masters of Public Health (MPH) & many other qualifications in complementary medicine modalities. He is also a Senior Lecturer at Southern Cross University, a published researcher and peer reviewer for international journals. Currently Brad is the Head of Products, Trends, and Innovation at Complimentary Medicines Group (CMA). He also is sits as a Director & Vice-President on the ATMS board.
Donna Eddy is an active Remedial Massage Therapist & Acupuncturist. She has experience presenting nationally and has taught the current diploma of massage since 2015. Donna was invited as a co-contributor in "Fascia and Sport & Movement" First Ed, 2015, as a result of her strong background in Movement Training and Stretch Therapy. In 2019, her Posture Plus program launched with innovative and integrative ways to optimise treatment results and client compliance to home care. As an ATMS director, Donna aims to utilise her position to engage the industry and is keen to broaden the scope and reach, for both massage therapists and acupuncturists.
