Australia’s only celebration of the full spectrum of complementary therapies, Natural Medicine Week, is back! Hosting a huge variety of nation-wide events, the week-long event aims to promote, educate and raise awareness of the important role natural medicine plays in the health and wellbeing of Australians.

As part of Natural Medicine Week, 23 – 29 May 2022, registered practitioners of the Australian Traditional-Medicine Society (ATMS) and partners will present workshops, clinic open days and special events focusing on key elements of health: Stress, Sleep & Mood, Aches and Pains & Inflammation, Healthy Diet, Gut Health, Immunity (Cold and Flu), Fertility and Women’s Health.

The public can access dozens of free webinars hosted by leading therapists. They will be answering common questions around lifestyle and health. Just a few highlights include ‘How to Be Happy, Lean and Stress Free in 2022’ with Naturopath Emma Sutherland, Good gut health is more than your poop!’’ with Naturopath Rachel Aldridge and Foods for Fertility – a Naturopathic & Chinese Medicine Perspective with Dr Juanita Jolly.

ATMS urge the public to get involved in their local practitioners’ events or online, take the chance to increase their knowledge on using a natural approach to improve their health and wellbeing and gain invaluable information and resources about the benefits of natural medicine.
