How do you support practitioners / or the industry?
We have been at the forefront of validating electro-energetic therapeutic devices with Australian university published research since 2001. We manufacture unique ENAR ® therapeutic medical devices which we market to both the healthcare industry and consumers. We conduct live Certificate training workshops and certify therapists of many types in our main TGA listed low risk therapeutic medical modality – ENAR Therapy.
Most recently we developed the InfraBed ® range of Amethyst derived far-infrared hyper-thermal-therapy devices, including the new EndoBelt for pelvic pain and endometriosis. https://www.infrabed.com.au/products/infrabed/infrabed-endobelt-flexipad/
How did you get into your area of expertise and why do you stay?
Colleen has a long career in conventional medical technology including years as a rep/advisor within high-level endoscopy. Paul has a 24 year career as a senior management, marketing and HR consultant in Australia and abroad, before we started Enlightened Therapies in 2001. “Both of us also have practiced, taught and researched yoga-meditation for decades, and it’s this common bond and interest which led us readily into non-invasive and empowering natural healthcare.”
What has been your main focus or achievement over the past year?
This year we introduced the EndoBelt which was especially designed to comfortably deliver Amethyst derived far-infrared hyper-thermal-therapy conveniently to the seat, pelvic, back and abdomen areas.
Why are your products important?
The whole world is becoming conscious of the need for economical, natural, non-drug, non-invasive, holistic and sustainable health solutions, particularly those that can be used as required by people unsupervised.
What do you predict will happen in the next 5 to 10 years in your particular field?
In our field of electro-energetic therapy devices there will continue to be massive growth. As we become more conscious of the global needs for equitable, sustainable, natural solutions, the adoption of “Star Trek” type technologies that really do work will increase. Small ‘DIY gadgets’ like the ENAR ® Electro-Neuro-Adaptive-Regulator (ENAR.com.au) and the Bio-energetic ‘bed-therapy’ devices like InfraBed (infrabed.com.au) will become common empowerments for the many people who desire to self-treat and holistically self-manage their own health late into life.
What is the one-way you believe natural medicine practitioners, can make a difference for their clients?
To many members of the natural therapy movement it is extremely difficult to communicate widely the efficacy of their therapies, compared to the juggernaut of the global pharmaceutical industry. The very best thing we can do is to work ethically at our vocations, to document and publish our results, and to band together and support organisations like the ATMS, to champion the central cause of “helping the body naturally to generate and sustain wellness”. And so yes politically our cause is Complementary, not Alternate, so we must learn to publicise our results.
Fun Fact for the Readers: Tell us who inspires you / or who your professional idol is and why?
That’s an easy question for both of us, if you ask ‘who inspires us?’.
The Holy Mother, Shri Mataji, (shrimataji.org) 1923-2011, Nobel Prize nominee, spiritual founder and leader of the global Sahaja yoga free meditation movement, is an inspiration to many. We are blessed to have been with her on occasions and refer any spiritual ‘Seekers of Truth’ to try her always free self-knowledge techniques.
