What is your role at your organisation?

I am the Education manager at I curate, write and edit content for Commons, our education hub. As part of the content we put together, I often interview members from the practitioner and student community as we are keen to hear and share the knowledge, experience and wisdom amongst our colleagues.

What are some of the key features of and how does help grow your clinic?

We have a custom-built patient management software providing you with the ability to prescribe products to your patient and manage repeat scripts. We also have a product comparison tool where you can compare up to 5 different products – this is a great time saver in clinic. As part of our Pro membership, we have a simple to use interactions database. If you have say a polypharmacy case, you can type in all pharmaceutical medications then include your CAM supplements – either via ingredient or product name. Interactions are then listed on a scale with all references to the research. This is another great time saver for clinical practice and you can make an informed and educated decision on products included for treatment.


We also have 1500+ fully referenced nutrient and herb monographs which can be useful if you need a refresher before looking to prescribe a supplement. We offer summary sheets and patient hand outs in our Pro membership as well.


We produce independent education for all members.


We also uniquely provide a TGA summary sheet for products that are registered with the TGA, so a practitioner or student can view excipients.


Recently, we launched v. Rewards, a loyalty program with the ability to access monthly specials and earn points for free express shipping. There is plenty more to come with v. Rewards.


To help grow your clinic, we offer clinical practitioners the opportunity to create a free clinic profile to attract new patients. These clinic profiles are promoted on our home page and members of the public can look for a practitioner via modality or suburb, it’s a great feature for cross referral as well. Direct messaging to the practitioner is also available.
