Consumer Guidelines for Making a Complaint

ATMS practitioners are bound by the ATMS Code of Conduct. If a consumer believes that an ATMS practitioner has breached any aspect of the Code, a complaint may be made against the practitioner.

 

Complaints should be received in writing, preferably on the ATMS Complaint Form which is available on this website, by email to info@atms.com.au  or by telephoning the ATMS office on 1800 456 855.
