Consumer Guidelines for Making a Complaint

ATMS practitioners are bound by the ATMS Code of Conduct. If a consumer believes that an ATMS practitioner has breached any aspect of the Code, a complaint may be made against the practitioner.


Complaints should be received in writing, preferably on the ATMS Complaint Form which is available on this website, by email to  or by telephoning the ATMS office on 1800 456 855.
