Sizes of Advertisements
Advertisements can only be one of the following sizes:
- Full page 180 mm wide X 245 mm deep
- Half page 180 mm wide X 115 mm deep
- Quarter page 85 mm wide X 115 mm deep
No other sizes are accepted.
Formats for Supplying Advertisements
- Please supply artwork in one of the above sizes with no crops
or bleed. All advertisements must be saved as greyscale/mono.
- PDF Format
- Distill using Acrobat 3/5 or 6 compatible.
- Distill or export using PRINT quality pre-settings (high resolution).
- Embed all fonts, or ensure that they are outlined prior to distilling.
- 100% scale with no crop marks or bleed. The page size must be
the same as the advertisement size.
- TIFF Format
- Save as mono/greyscale at 300 dpi resolution.
- All fonts must be curves/outlined.
- EPS Format
- 100% scale.
- Save as mono/greyscale at 300 dpi resolution.
- All fonts must be curves/outlined.
Unacceptable Formats
Advertisements compiled in Microsoft Word, Publisher or Powerpoint are not Postscript compatible and will not be accepted. For all publishing/drawing software, please export to one of the above formats.

The Journal is printed by Complete Design at Marrickville, Sydney. If you require further technical information, please contact Chris Day at Complete Design on (02) 9519 1466. Any artwork undertaken by Complete Design on your behalf must be paid for separately from the advertising fee charged by ATMS.
Submitting Advertisements
All advertisements must be submitted directly to ATMS at journal@atms.com.au . Please do not send the advertisement elsewhere or to another email address.
If your artwork is being compiled by an outside graphic designer or by Complete Design, please ensure that the artwork is submitted directly to ATMS when it is completed. No responsibility is accepted for artwork which is not submitted directly to ATMS at journal@atms.com.au .
While all reasonable care is taken, the Journal does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the final quality of a published advertisement. The onus is on advertisers to provide high quality artwork in accordance with these specifications.
Payment
Full payment must accompany each advertisement. Payment may be made by either cheque or credit card. Payment will be banked after the Journal has been circulated.
