can be accepted for each issue. Advertising availability closes once
the quota of advertisements has been filled. For the latest information

Specifications for Advertisements
For specifications on how to present artwork for advertisements, please see the specifications . Failure to submit an advertisement in accordance with the specifications will result in rejection of the advertisement.
The design of advertisements must be of a professional nature. Advertisers should use the services of a graphic designer. Poor quality artwork will be rejected. Advertisements must contain the advertiser's name, telephone and address. Advertisements with an overseas address only will be rejected.
Please send the finished artwork by email to journal@atms.com.au . While all reasonable care is taken, the Journal does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the final quality of a published advertisement. The onus is on advertisers to provide high quality artwork in accordance with the specifications .
Pre-Clearance of Advertisements
All advertisements must be approved by the Editor before being accepted for publication. Please fax the finished artwork to (02) 9807 8130, or email as a PDF file to journal@atms.com.au , and request pre-clearance of the advertisement.
Requirements of Advertisements
Advertisements must be good taste, accuracy, truthfulness and balanced in its information. It is a criminal offence under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) to publish untruthful, misleading or deceptive advertisements.
Advertisements for Therapeutic Goods and Devices
Advertisements for therapeutic goods and devices must conform to
Australian therapeutic goods law. Advertisements for therapeutic goods
or therapeutic devices must meet the requirements of the Therapeutic
Goods Act 1989, Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990,
Therapeutic Goods (Medical Devices) Regulations 2002 and
the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code. Information about the Code

. Information about the Australian therapeutic devices regulatory

Advertisers for therapeutic goods or devices must supply the Therapeutic Goods Administration Certificate of Listing on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods, as well as the listed indications on the Register. Failure to produce the Certificate or indications will result in rejection of the advertisement.
Advertisements for Courses and Seminars
Advertisements for professional educational courses and/or diploma courses and higher, can only be accepted if the courses have ATMS accreditation at the time of publication of the advertisement.
Advertisements for seminars will only be accepted if the standard
of the seminar is comparable to the standards of ATMS seminars.
CPE Approved Courses and Seminars
Where a course or seminar has been given ATMS CPE status, the words
ATMS CPE Approved can appear on the advertisement. No other words
are to be used.
Advertorials
Advertorials, or articles/news items whose purpose is to inform, advise or promote a branded product, course or service, are not accepted.
Advertisement Rates
The rates for advertisements are:
Full page: $550 plus GST= $605
( 180 mm width X 245 mm deep)
Half page: $300 plus GST= $330
( 180 mm width X 115 mm deep)
Quarter page: $180 plus GST= $198
( 85 mm width X 115 mm deep)
Payment
Full payment must accompany each advertisement. Payment may be made by either cheque or credit card. The payment will be banked after the Journal has been circulated.
