The term super foods have been used widely to describe a number of foods and some of which deserve this title. Unfortunately, some don’t deserve this title. The evidence is clear and there are some great super foods such as coconut oil, numerous vegetables and fruits and many nuts and seeds. This seminar explores the science behind these super foods and will help cut through the rhetoric around these particular foods and instead focus on the science. By the end of the seminar you will know which foods are the best to improve our overall health and wellness.
