Provisional Status colleges: When a college has met the ATMS standards for accreditation, it is given the title of Provisional Status for a 3 year period. The title of Provisional Status does not mean that the college's standard of education is any less than a college with Full Accreditation. Graduates from a Provisional Status college do not have lesser training or a lower qualification than graduates from a college with Full Accreditation and are eligible for ATMS Full Membership.
