Jon Gamble

Jon have been in practice for 30 years as a naturopath and homeopath. In that time, there has been huge development of the complementary medicine professions with real opportunities for practitioners like ourselves to contribute to healthcare in the Australian community. We have given clinic hours to many students who are now successful practitioners. However, in the past few years there have been some deeply concerning trends in government behaviour towards regulating complementary medicine, leaving me with real concerns about the impact this may have on our practice in the future. I would like to contribute to supporting our profession to ensure its resilience to withstand the repeated serious attacks on our credibility. It is for this reason that I am nominating for a position on the ATMS board.  All Boards regularly need fresh blood and ideas. I am the author of 3 practitioner books and I mentor practitioners in mineral analysis and heavy metal detoxification. I have given practitioner seminars in Australia, also New Zealand, Indonesia and Japan, as well as webinars across Australia and overseas. I am a regular contributor to the ATMS Journal. I was one of the early members of the ATMS and new its founder, Dorothy Hall
