If you are looking for a specific practitioner, you may enter their name AND/OR surname AND/OR member number. The search facility is flexible, for example "Jo Smith" will return all of the following;

*Please Note, if you are searching by a membership number that starts with a zero do not include it. For example; Number 0012 becomes 12.

You may choose to ignore the name and membership fields entirely and conduct a search by location or qualification. For example,
