ATMS extends a big congratulations to all the finalists in our 3rd annual ATMS + Nature & Health Awards!
Twelve finalists have been selected for Practitioner of the Year, Clinic of the Year and Student of the Year. All nominees demonstrated their contributions to their professions, industry, and overall commitment to the advancement of the Australian natural health community. Winners will be announced on 18 November at the Awards Gala Dinner and will feature in the December issue of Nature & Health Magazine.
A huge thank you goes out to all those who entered or nominated in the awards. The high calibre and volume of entries was impressive and we applaud the efforts of every single entrant for their contribution to natural medicine in Australia.
Keynote Speaker: Jimi Wollumbin
“As the social entrepreneur that founded One Health Organisation in 2005, he has since steered it to become the largest holistic and integrative healthcare NGO in the world – having distributed roughly 9 metric tonnes of medicine to hundreds of thousands of disadvantaged communities in 12 countries across the globe. In 2011 Jimi spoke at the United Nations and successfully lobbied for an integrative approach to world health to be formally endorsed. Last year, One Health was ranked 2nd out of 1300 charities on the Australia wide innovation index. Whether he is presenting at the UN or at a village health co-operative in rural India, Jimi is always a highly engaging speaker, writer and educator. With a decade and a half clinical experience and almost as much in community development Jimi combines his deep knowledge of holistic medicine with a passion for social causes and world health.”
